Plugin Licensing

Our WordPress plugins are licensed under the GNU general public license version 2 or later (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html). Every plugin comes with a license that is valid for a 1 year period from date of purchase unless stated otherwise. After a year period your license will expire, see below regarding the ‘Automatic Updates and Support’.

Refunds

If you’re not happy with any product purchased we will do our best to make it work for you. We will honor all refund requests within 14 days of the initial purchase. We reserve the right to keep any payment gateway fees that are charged during our refund process, for more information visit PayPal’s refund policy

Pacific Plugins reserves the right to refund any user at our discretion.

No refunds will be made for automatic subscription payments/renewals.

Automatic Subscriptions / Renewals

Renewals for individual products will be charged the same price at the time of checkout (even if prices increase, as long as your subscription stays active). Subscriptions are created at checkout within PayPal when purchasing a product initially and may be cancelled at any point in time. Should an automatic renewal fail for any reason, the license key will be set to expired and will be required to be repurchased.

Should you need help in canceling your subscription, please contact our support team.

Automatic Updates and Support

Only users with an active license will be illegible to receive automatic updates and premium support through our helpdesk for a period of 1 year from date of purchase unless stated otherwise for the domain which the product is activated.

Should you wish to not renew your license for your product, your product will still work as intended from the last version downloaded while your license was active. Should your license be expired, you will be able to simply renew your previous purchase at any time in order to reactivate your access to support and automatic updates.

Please be sure to read our support policy.

However our support staff will only offer support to the primary license holder, or where the domain owner (network manager or network member) has purchased their own support license.

Usage

Pacific Plugins grants each customer a non-transferable license(s) to use the software for internal use, and as defined by the terms set in the customer’s chosen license package (1 Site, 3 Site or Unlimited Sites).

The customer/license-holder may not sell the originally-purchased license key provided by Pacific plugins, to other users of the license (such as clients) for commercial benefit but may be used on any site that may be managed or maintained by the original license holder.
