No. Pro is a strict add-on. It checks for Wholesale Customers For WooCommerce on load and will deactivate itself with an admin notice if the free plugin is not present.
No. Existing wholesale customers, prices, and settings carry over unchanged. Pro adds new capabilities on top without altering the free plugin's existing behaviour.
All Pro modules load automatically. If a module's settings are left unconfigured - for example, no groups created or no tiers set - it has no effect on the storefront.
Most settings are inside WooCommerce → Settings → Wholesale Settings - the Pro sections appear after the free plugin's sections. Wholesale Groups and Registrations have their own dedicated pages under the WooCommerce admin menu.
No. If a group has a discount percentage set, that overrides the global discount for customers in that group. Set the group discount to 0 to rely on per-product prices only for that group.
The outstanding balance is the sum of all On Hold and Processing orders paid with the Net Terms gateway for that customer. If the outstanding balance plus the current cart total exceeds the credit limit, the gateway is hidden at checkout. A limit of 0 at any level means no limit.
Yes. Set a specific net-days value on the user's profile page to override the gateway's default for that individual customer.
Yes. HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) compatibility is declared for the Pro plugin. Wholesale Reports and the Orders screen filter both work correctly with HPOS and classic order storage.
